REETEC was founded 1996 in Bremen and is one of Europe’s leading independent service providers for onshore and offshore wind energy. The comprehensive service portfolio ranges from electrical engineering, grid connection, electrical and mechanical assembly, operation and maintenance (O&M) services, rotor blade and tower services, major component replacement, qualification and training to aviation obstruction markers.

REETEC acquired OWS Off-Shore Wind Solutions in 2017. The joint Emden Offshore Service Centre (EOSC) offers a service hub for wind turbine generators of the North Sea plus a cost effective full maintenance concept. REETEC/OWS has 350 employees.

Since 2007, REETEC is part of the EDF Renewables Group.

OWS hosts 15th regulars' table of the IHK in Emden
Under the motto "Achieving more together", the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for East Frisia and Papenburg and the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences hosted an offshore get-together at our subsidiary OWS Off-Shore Wind Solutions on October 17, 2018. The network meeting focused on the cooperation within the industry.
New brochures and data sheets online
On the occasion of our new branding as REETEC EDF Renewables we have revised our brochures and data sheets. In line with our range of services, some completely new documents have also been added. You will find an overview of all current materials under the menu item "Downloads".
Review WindEnergy Hamburg 2018
There were two premieres at once at WindEnergy 2018: we presented ourselves in a new stand design and together with EDF Renewables Deutschland and Theolia Naturenergien to present the comprehensive expertise of the EDF Renewables Group in the field of wind energy in Germany.
